SNES9X v3.0 LoPsT Released

LoPsT has once again updated and released an unofficial build of SNES9X a Super NES emulator for the Nintendo Wii. He's added some new features, but once again did not include the source code with his release which is required by the license the emulator was coded under. Due to this the emulator is not officially supported by the coders here at TehSkeen.
