You do realize that there's no hacking necessary in backing up WiiWare and VC games you actually own, right?
Yes, but if you, for some reason, had to get a new Wii, you would not be able to put them back.
You can if you link your Nintendo account with your Wii.
Not necessarily. Nintendo Support states on their site that even if you have linked your Wii Shop Account to your "My Nintendo" account, that just simply displays the games you downloaded under the registered products of your "My Nintendo" account.
