Wii Region Changer v.1.0

Waninkoko has released an application to change the console region of your Wii.

This was just released a short while ago, so not much is known so far.
From what is known, the Wii Region Changer can change your Wii from/to NTSC-U (North America), Pal (Europe) and NTSC-J (Japan). It also requires that you have version three of the Custom IOS (downloadable on Waninkoko's site) installed on your Wii.
