This has to be one of the most amazing homebrew apps, I've seen, apart from the backup loader of course! Anyway, can this be used on the backup loader?
Thanks!

buckup loader uses a modified version of gecko, so it supports ocarina cheats.

Are you sure?
I've been trying animal crossing cheats and they're just not working...
I think I've done everything right, but it just doesnt want to work...
If anyone can try using cheats on animal crossing using the backup loader, I'd very much appreciate it!

How'd you get on to Animal Crossing without updating?

Matt said...

you don't need the most recent update to play animal crossing, just the october one I believe...and most Animal Crossing ISOs have been brick-blocked to remove the update.

LAA, I'm not sure what problem you are having...you have to turn Ocarina on in the Backup Launcher configuration. You need to make sure you have the correct title codes for the game and the region. Are you using the official Ocarina PC program to make cheat files?

Whenever I load my ACCF codes from Ocarina in the Backup Launcher it locates the code and then it starts applying it. BUT when I get my game started, none of my hacks work..! It's like the program finds the code and everuthing, but when applying it, something goes wrong.. I dont know..

Anybody know the reason for this..?
Im using a PAL wii, NTSC game.

Yeah, I has that problem, and I know the solution now!
When you turn ocarina on, make sure to turn (I think), the hook type to VI (Default), then it should work.
But, when you do that, it says your save is corrupted, and people say you fix that by saving your game normally, then the cheats, but IT STILL WONT WORK!!!!
Can someone please help me? Thanks!
