This is the untouched PAL version of the wad. The previous blog contained a region free version which was patched by someone and then released as the actual copy.
The USA (NTSC-U) version has not yet been announced.
The UK/EU (PAL) version was released April 10 2009
The JPN (NTSC-J) version was released February 10 2009
This is the 100% untouched PAL version.

No luck on PAL console here. After clicking Start, it just returns to the menu.

Works on my Bannerbombed Wii that was 4.0E but has been rolled-back to 3.2E.
