CapC said...

No this is not fake.

I'm not certain of when a NTSC release is coming out. Japan is supposed to get this release later this month.

Has anyone tried to inject a rom into it yet? We could try with Conker or Banjo...

I have installed it and send it over to the SD card and it works smooth :)

dont forget goldeneye

My MM does not work. I installed it without problems but after I clicked on start at the MM Channel the Wii reboots.

Anonymous said...

Tried using FreeTheWad for this and still to no avail. Guess we NTSC users have to wait for the Japanese/American release.

Anonymous said...

If this wad doesn't want to work, maybe is because your wii is not upgraded to 4.0
My wii is 4.0 and MM works fine :)

Anonymous said...

use waninkokos 4.0 updater

Anonymous said...

it might just be me, but it copyed over to my NTSC Wii just fine, but the sound is really choppy, anyone else have this issue?

Anonymous said...

works perfect on my pal console

CapC said...

What is the system version? 4.0E ? 4.0U .. give me the details lol.

Anonymous said...

Works fine on my SoftMii'd 3.2E

Anonymous said...

Does this work on version 3.4U or do i have to update to 4.0 with the homebrew?

CapC said...

I was just told you need IOS53 to run this game.

Anonymous said...

game works fine but yes the sound is messed up

Anonymous said...

This very well may be the best game in existence. Definitely the best in the Zelda series. A masterpiece. Get it now.

Anonymous said...

whats wrong with the sound and is it fixable?

Anonymous said...

The sound has a combination of stuttering and echoing. I dont know if its fixable or not at this point, but it was enough to make me remove it. NTSC 4.0U.

Cant wait for US release though, this was hands down the best zelda game.

I can confirm that on a NTSC Wii running System Menu 3.2U, the game's audio is sped up and crackly.

Has anyone tested the IOS53 WAD attached to this post? Is it safe?

What is it for? Does it fix the audio issue?

Anonymous said...

it doesnt fix the audio issue dumbshit.

Anonymous said...

well i am on 3.3E and installed the IOS53 and everything runs perfect.^^ can´´t make out sound issues either, maybe that´s only for ppl who play PAL games on a NTSC console ..framerate any1 ?
anyway thx for the great game.

Anonymous said...

Framerate seemed solid for me, but I didnt play it much because of the sound issues. The problems must only occure on non-PAL consoles.

Anonymous said...

The audio problems are only on NTSC, so here a version of injected NTSC game,

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=9ZYX1BJJ

Thanks WB!!

yeah this site fucking blows. wiiso is better, they got the PERFECT majora's mask .wad first. FUCK THIS HUNK OF SHIT SITE

Hamstt said...

@Anonymous
Yes Wiiso is better but only in having all the newest wads.

WeHackWii on the other hand has lots of new info from the Wii Homebrew Scene plus adding wads.

No need to bitch about it. No-one really cares for what you think.

adrian said...

can anyone confirm the injected wad working with no sound issues on ntsc console

Anonymous said...

The megaupload link on here works fine on 4.0 with no audio problems.

Monkey said...

this just works without the IOS53 its regionfree so it doesnt matter wich region you live in (exept if you want Japanese language

Anonymous said...

yes i can confirm it works adrian,it even comes with a manual

Anonymous said...

Works on pal console 3.2 with ios53.
I tried inject some roms into MM wad.
Only roms <32mb can be injacted.
Tested:
RogueSquadron-freeze on N64 logo
ShadowsOfTheEmpire-same problem

Charly_Rozen said...

This wad not works to be injected. Every rom injected will freeze on N64 logo :(

IOS53 to 3.1E is safe?

Solid Snake Brawler said...

hey guys, i found a working wad (atleast for me) thats NTSC and has no sound errors, on youtube search "Majoras Mask (NTSC)- Virtual Console" in the description they listed 2 wads one with IOS53 in order to run MM, and the majoras mask wad, so install IOS53 first. hope this helped, i havent had one problem yet and im on version 3.2U, so i dont think 4.0 matters. message me if you have any questions.

Anonymous said...

Just curious, how do you install the IOS53?

WAD installer and then...?

Anyone got this to work on a pal wii? Im on 4.1e if that helps???
