Comex, the author of the BannerBomb exploit, has released his latest exploit that uses Super Smash Brothers Brawl to run custom code.

Wouldn't it make more sense to WAIT until Nintendo releases a fix for Banner Bomb before showing this? Now they're just going to fix BOTH of them in an update and we'll have to wait for a completely different exploit.
Since this exploit is initiated through a game, (but not through a hacked save file like the Twilight Hack) it will be a lot harder for Nintendo to trace the exploit and also for them to fix it through an update.
Bet Nintendo didn't see this coming =P

Huh very interesting. This hack is an exploit of a game function not an actual system software. If the exploit file must be trasfered to the wii to initiate the hack it is easy to fix the software exploit that was used to run the code. For example the save file. as for the Bannerbomb it's easy to track the bug because the bug is in the system software and it's initiated through the system software. This hack is hard to trace because it's initiated through a game and initiated through the games software. mind you they can release a new version of the game but there is no actual software update that can be made to break this hack completely because as long as you have a version of the game that works the hack works. so unless they tracked down all the current games disks and toke them back/replaced them with a different version (Not happening) there is no way to stop this hack. So simply put there is no need to wait to release this hack!
