Even if nintendo want to remove the HBC, they can only do it by updates or game updates.<BR/>Besides the backup loader isnt even out yet, they dont know what they're fighting against.<BR/>Even if they do release an update the remove the HBC/backup loader you can just either ignore the update, or update and wait to see if a new version comes out compatible with 3.4 for example.

As long as people have the Starfall/Menuloader hacks to disable disc updates, then we don't have to worry about us being forced to update to a new firmware.<BR/><BR/>And people could always dump those games and people can download them to avoid the required disc update, too. XD
